The Zippos WaterCool™ is one of the coolest, most versatile water cooling options around, offering the performance and features of a conventional water cooling unit but without the bulk.
It’s also extremely affordable.
But what if you want the performance of a full-sized cooler, with the convenience of a water cooler?
If you’re after the comfort of a lightweight cooler, then the ZippoS WaterCool is a great option.
We’ll start with the specifications, and then get into the details.
The WaterCool 1 Zipposo offers a 2,600W output, and a water cooling capacity of 3.5L.
The unit uses an aluminum base with a rubber top for better heat dissipation, and can accommodate 2 x 140mm fans for the cooling of CPU coolers.
It can also accommodate up to a 12.5mm fan to help with airflow over a variety of cooling solutions.
The ZippersWaterCool has a very well designed, attractive looking package, with a nice, black-and-white color scheme.
The case features a dual-layer plastic cover, and there are rubber feet on the bottom, so you don’t have to worry about bending the case to fit your watercool.
The included manual is a nice read, with plenty of photos and diagrams to help you get the hang of things.
The bottom is also well made with rubber feet and a rubber insert to help keep the watercool running smoothly.
The top, while a little plain, has a nice design, with rubberized rubber feet to keep the bottom of the unit steady when not in use.
You’ll also get a USB port, which is useful for transferring data from your computer or a USB thumb drive.
The watercool comes with a pair of 2.5″ fans, one for CPU cooling, one to boost water-cooling efficiency, and one for a standard 120mm radiator.
You can choose between 120mm, 140mm, and 180mm fans, though the 120mm fan will last a longer time.
The base is a soft-touch plastic that feels very sturdy, and it also comes with two rubber feet that help keep it from flexing when you’re working with the unit.
The zippo is the rubber part of the WaterCool, so it can be a little tricky to get to, but once you do, it’s a very nice feature that makes it feel like a solid piece of equipment.
If you want to make the most of the water cooling capabilities, you can also purchase the Zippers WaterCool Lite, which has the same 3,500W output but comes with an additional 120mm radiating fan, and two 140mm radiators.
The Lite is less expensive than the Zipper, but has a larger weight, and the cooling capacity is still limited by the radiator.
The only downside to this is that it’s more expensive than a standard WaterCool.
However, if you’re looking for an affordable option, you should definitely consider this option.
The PowerColor Zippoo Wind Cooler is also a great alternative to the Zippy watercooler for water cooling.
The model comes with three 120mm fans that can be used with the ZIPPO, and three 140mm fan options.
It comes with its own manual, so if you’ve got any questions about this model, you could check out the manual on this page.
The main reason you’d want to buy the Zips WaterCool for water coolers is the performance.
The performance of the ZIPs WaterCool and the PowerColor Wind Coolers is about equal, though Zippons are much more powerful than the PowerColors.
The PX-2, a top-of-the-line Watercool, can offer up to 3.6GHz at up to 100W, while the Ziptos WindCool can offer upto 3.2GHz at a total of up to 250W.
Both the Zip and the Zorto can operate at temperatures of up 50 degrees Celsius, so they can run your system at temperatures as low as 60 degrees Celsius.
You’re getting a full range of performance, from the powerful watercooling performance of Zippoes to the very light, yet powerful cooling performance of WindCools.
