A zipper bag from Ikeas stores will cost you only €7.30, a cheaper price than the €10 bags from other brands, according to a report.
The report by the online store chain’s partner brand, IKEA, was made in collaboration with The Future magazine, which also has its own online magazine.
The study revealed that the “Zipper” bags can cost less than €8, but the IKEa bag has a price tag of €10, while the other brands’ bags can go up to €19.
“In comparison, the IKOs [IKEa bags] are not cheap, but they are cheaper,” the report said.
“IKEA bags have a price of €7 for the basic version, and €10 for the ‘Zippie’ bag.”
It’s worth noting that the Ikea bags are made in the UK and are designed with a high-tech design.
They feature a zipper with an internal locking mechanism.
IKEas bags cost around €8 in shops but can go for as little as €9 at online retailers like Amazon, B&R and Amazon UK.
It is unclear whether this trend is limited to Europe.
Ikeas zipper bags are also cheaper than the £14.99 bag from Louis Vuitton, and the £24.99 version from Hermes.
