The Zippos top line has been the company’s most popular product line since 2009.
But now, the company has decided to stop selling the top line and is pulling it from its website.
In a statement to ESPN Crizzly, the Zippas brand says that it’s “considering options to remove our top-selling line of footwear and apparel, including the Zipper Shoes.”
“As a result, we have decided to end our relationship with the Zippers,” it says.
We are committed to being a top-notch footwear and accessory company that has always been focused on providing consumers with a truly outstanding product experience.” “
In the interim, we will no longer be selling the Ziplocs top line, which includes all of our Zipper products, including our flagship zippers, and the Zip-O-Matic zippers.
We are committed to being a top-notch footwear and accessory company that has always been focused on providing consumers with a truly outstanding product experience.”
Zippoz has been working to bring back the zippers for several years.
The company announced in April 2017 that it would sell the Zips for $25 a pop and start charging customers for the zips in 2018.
In November 2017, Zipps founder Mike Ochs, said that the Zs might not ever return to the market, though the company had been working on that plan.
The Zipper shoes have been the biggest seller for Zippz since 2009, and in 2018 the company said it had sold nearly 6.2 million Zipper units.
Zipper’s latest statement also said that they will be “releasing a number of other products and services over the next few years.”
